Dunbar's Number

As a social experiment, I've posted a couple ads on Craigslist to see what sort of replies I could get and also the eternal hope that never dies of meeting a soulmate (whether a romantic one or a friend for life).

One of the most interesting replies I got explained Dunbar's Number to me. It's definitely something I want to look into further.

Dunbar's number, which is 150, represents a theoretical maximum number of individuals with whom a set of people can maintain a social relationship, the kind of relationship that goes with knowing who each person is and how each person relates socially to every other person.

Something else fascinating, which could definitely hold true. Makes a lot of sense to me.
